Examination Results 2016
Students at Ernest Bevin College have once again exceeded expectations in this summer's examination results. At GCSE 60% achieved A*-C grades in English and Maths and in the Sixth Form 41% of students achieved the top A*-A grades at A level or Distinction*- Distinction at BTEC.

56% achieved five or more GCSE grades A*-C including English and Maths
34% achieved the English Baccalaureate (number of pupils to pass GCSEs in English, Maths, a Science, a humanity subject and a Modern Foreign Language).

Over 75% of our students gain university places each year: 100 students from a cohort of 134 will be starting university courses in September 2016. A further 4 students have deferred entry places starting in 2017.
Each year approximately 60% of Sixth Formers at EBC follow vocational courses and 40% follow traditional A Level courses.
