New System for College communications

11 Sep 2017 - 10:25AM From September 2017 Ernest Bevin will be using a new communications system to help parents stay in touch with the college. Parents should download the free app My Ed on to their smart phones. The college will be sending messages via the app (including absences) & parents can stay up to date with their son's progress. Superb set of results 2017

24 Aug 2017 - 02:22PM Ernest Bevin students achieved a 'superb' set of results in both A Levels and GCSEs this summer with over 64% A-Levels graded A-C and over 62% of the Year 11s passing five or more GCSEs including English and Maths. Open Days Summer 2017

15 Jun 2017 - 10:25AM We are delighted to welcome parents with sons looking to join Year 7 in September 2018 (or later) to two Open Mornings on Tuesday 20th & Friday 23rd June. You will be taken on a tour of the college by pupils, tours depart from 9am to 10.20am (in order for them to finish before break). GCSE Pod

26 May 2017 - 02:20PM Students at Ernest Bevin have watched nearly 10,000 of the Revision resources on GCSE Pod in preparation for their exams. The highest usage has been revising English Literature, Maths and Biology but students in Year 11 & 10 are reminded there are some great resources in all of their subjects which will help with their revision and improve their grades. Combined Cadet Force Grand Opening

29 Apr 2017 - 12:00AM One of the Royal Navy's most senior admirals attended the first parade of our Combined Cadet Force (Royal Marines) detachment on 19th April. Red Nose Day 2017

For an entrance fee of £2 students can spend the lunch break in a Penalty Shoot Out against a teacher, Shooting some hoops or the Judo throw/hold down challenge against Sensei Mike & Mr Bonti. Tooting MP visits EBC

14 Feb 2017 - 11:45AM Dr Rosena Allin-Khan, MP for Tooting paid her first visit to Ernest Bevin since being elected last year. She spoke to 6th Formers and answered their questions about politics. She also visited a Year 8 French lesson and had a tour of the college. She visited the sports centre which was of particular interest as she is Shadow Minister for Sport.… read more
